CreatorCanvas™ is the Data Fiduciary under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (India), for personal data processed through Review Guardian.
Review Guardian helps Google Play app publishers monitor public reviews, understand sentiment, and draft or post replies. We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling data with care.
We process personal data to: provide and operate the Service; authenticate users; verify app listing ownership; connect to Google Play APIs when you opt in; generate and post review replies per your settings; deliver dashboards and MIS reports; manage subscriptions, billing, and support; improve reliability and security; comply with law; and communicate service messages. We may use aggregated or de-identified data for analytics and product improvement where this does not identify you.
Review Guardian may use AI to draft suggested replies. You remain responsible for reviewing and approving content before it is posted (unless you explicitly enable auto-post delegation). AI outputs may contain errors; verify before publishing.
We do not sell your personal data. We share data with processors who help us run the Service — such as managed cloud and database hosting (including Supabase), payment gateways (Razorpay, Dodo), email delivery, Google APIs (Play Android Developer API), and AI inference providers — only as needed for their role and under appropriate agreements. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security.
Our web app uses cookies and local storage for session authentication, security (e.g. OAuth state), and preferences. Blocking essential cookies may prevent login or Play Console connection.
Where the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 applies, you may have rights to access, correction, erasure, nomination, and withdrawal of consent (where processing is consent-based), subject to applicable exceptions. For data-protection rights or privacy complaints, contact the Grievance Officer at grievance@reviewguardian.org. For general product, billing, or account support, contact support@reviewguardian.org. Where the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021 apply, complaints may be directed to the same Grievance Officer email; we aim to acknowledge within 24 hours and dispose of the grievance within fifteen (15) days, subject to complexity and legal requirements. Redressal is handled by email; we do not publish a walk-in address for user support.
The Service is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe we have collected data from a child, contact grievance@reviewguardian.org.
The Service links to Google Play and payment pages governed by their own policies. Your use of Google Play APIs is also subject to Google's terms. We are not responsible for third-party practices.
Your data may be processed in India and in other countries where our processors operate, using appropriate safeguards as required by applicable law. Primary database hosting for Review Guardian is in South Asia (Mumbai) where configured.
You may request account closure and deletion of personal data by emailing grievance@reviewguardian.org. We may retain certain information where law, tax, accounting, fraud prevention, or dispute resolution requires retention. Disconnect Play Console OAuth at any time from your dashboard.
We may update this Policy; the "Last updated" date will change. Continued use after posting may constitute notice of non-material updates where permitted by law. If you do not agree, stop using the Service and contact support regarding your account.
