Review Guardian is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) tool for Google Play app publishers. It provides review monitoring, analytics, AI-assisted reply drafting, and optional automated posting when you connect Google Play Console and enable delegation. We are not a law firm, PR agency, or Google. Suggested replies are drafts; you are responsible for compliance with Google Play policies, consumer protection law, and your own brand standards.
You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to manage the Play Console account or app listing you register. One login may cover multiple apps only on plans that explicitly allow it. App registration requires listing ownership verification (verification token in your Play Store listing). You are responsible for placing and maintaining that token until verification completes. App lock: once an app is verified and locked to your account under your plan tier, that lock is intended to be permanent for the life of the account unless we agree otherwise in writing — this prevents misuse of one-app plans. Misrepresenting ownership or attempting to register another publisher's app is prohibited.
Paid plans are billed monthly through Razorpay (India) or Dodo Payments (international) unless stated otherwise at checkout. Pricing, tier limits, and features are shown in the app before payment and may be updated for future purchases. SaaS delivery: after successful payment confirmation, access is enabled digitally on your account — there is no physical shipping.
Free trial: We may offer a limited trial (e.g. capped auto-replies or time-limited access) at our discretion. Trial availability, duration, and limits may change or end at any time. Trials convert to paid access only when you complete a paid subscription.
Renewals: Unless cancelled, subscriptions renew for successive billing periods at the then-current rate for your plan until you cancel. Cancel before your next billing date via the app (where available) or by emailing support.
Taxes: Prices may be shown inclusive or exclusive of applicable taxes (e.g. GST) as displayed at checkout. You are responsible for any taxes not collected at checkout where required by law.
Connecting Play Console requires OAuth authorization under Google's terms. You grant us permission to access review data and, when you enable it, post replies on your behalf through Google's APIs. We do not control Google Play, its APIs, quotas, outages, or policy decisions. Features may be limited, delayed, or unavailable when Google restricts access. Competitor and market context features use public listing and review data only; we do not guarantee completeness, accuracy, or timeliness of third-party or public sources.
You agree not to: (i) use the Service illegally; (ii) register apps you do not own or control; (iii) post harassing, fraudulent, or policy-violating replies; (iv) probe or circumvent authentication, rate limits, or payment controls; (v) resell access except on agency plans we offer; (vi) scrape or overload the Service unreasonably; (vii) misuse AI outputs without human review where required by law or platform rules.
AI-generated reply suggestions and MIS dashboards (sentiment, themes, strategy scores, ASO-style hints, digests, etc.) are provided for information only. They may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or inappropriate. They are not legal, financial, or professional advice. We do not guarantee improved ratings, download growth, reply approval by Google, removal of negative reviews, or any particular business result.
You assume the risk of any reply published from the Service. If you enable auto-post or similar delegation, you accept that replies may be published without per-reply manual approval. You must monitor your Play Console and disable delegation if it is unsuitable for your app or jurisdiction.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation. Scheduled or emergency maintenance may occur without prior notice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CreatorCanvas™, its proprietor, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, store ranking, or reputation, arising from or related to the Service — including reliance on AI outputs, MIS reports, auto-posted replies, Google or payment-provider outages, or unauthorized access despite reasonable safeguards.
Our total aggregate liability for all claims relating to the Service is limited to the greater of: (a) fees you paid to us for Review Guardian in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) ₹5,000 / USD $60 (or equivalent), except where mandatory consumer law provides otherwise and cannot be waived.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CreatorCanvas™, its proprietor, and affiliates from third-party claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your apps, your published replies, your violation of Google Play or other platform rules, or your breach of these Terms.
We retain all rights in the Service, software, branding, and documentation. You retain rights in your app, brand, and review replies you author or approve. You grant us a limited licence to process your data and content solely to operate the Service.
We may suspend or terminate access immediately for non-payment, suspected fraud, abuse, security risk, legal requirement, or breach of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time. Sections that by nature should survive (including liability limits, indemnity, and governing law) survive termination.
Refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, incorporated by reference.
We are not liable for delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including internet or cloud outages, Google or payment-gateway failures, acts of government, or natural events.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Before formal proceedings, you agree to contact support@reviewguardian.org and allow a reasonable period to resolve the dispute in good faith. Subject to mandatory consumer protections, courts at New Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms. The "Last updated" date will change when we do. Continued use after posting may constitute acceptance where permitted by law. If you do not agree, stop using the Service and cancel any active subscription.
